Thank you for purchasing our products at the M&W Soaps website.

Our return and refund policy includes an in-house credit for any items that are needing to be returned, but under certain conditions. We invite you to take the time to read the return and refund conditions stated below, in order to see what conditions apply to your situation while following the correct process.
If you are unhappy with the items you have purchased from “The Little Moo” please let us know. Our return and refund policy gives you 30 days to retain an in-store credit or exchange a product with a valid receipt. After the 30 day timeframe of purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product within the first 30 days of purchase to make sure it meets your needs.
To be eligible for in-store credit or exchange the product purchased must be returned in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, labels, free gifts, manuals, bonus items that may have been part of the product when purchased. If the product is returned unopened in it’s original packaging, a full in-store credit or exchange will be issued based on the original method of payment. If the following conditions apply, a full in-store credit or exchange may be partially granted or not at all.

- Obvious damage to the product after purchase.
- Obvious use or missing parts to the original product of purchase.
- Return of product after the 30 day timeframe of return and refund policy process
